About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee daily operations at our fuel station in Kinshasa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Station Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of station attendants, managing inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
Manage daily station operations including fuel sales, convenience store, and car wash services
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 station attendants
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in retail or fuel station management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills in French (English is a plus)
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems)
Valid driver's license
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
