THE FOUNDER
From the market to enterprise.
Pauline Mona Tshiebe Kayoko started in small-scale trade in Lubumbashi. Her business gradually grew into fuel distribution and Monaluxe’s broader activities.
In her 2007 Radio Okapi interviews, she reflects on her beginnings and advocates women’s participation in Congolese economic life. Her journey was also featured by Réussite in 2016.
An engagement in public life.
Beyond business, her career includes service in the Senate representing Kasaï-Central. This part of her biography is distinct from Monaluxe’s commercial activities.
