About the Role
Monaluxe is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our headquarters in Kinshasa. This role is critical to our continued growth and expansion across the DRC.
You will work directly with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and ensure the company maintains strong financial health.
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage cash flow and working capital across business units
Ensure compliance with DRC tax regulations and OHADA standards
Lead and develop a team of accountants and finance staff
Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 5 years experience in finance management
Strong knowledge of OHADA accounting standards
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
Fluency in French; English proficiency required
CPA or equivalent certification preferred
