About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee our growing operations in Kananga, Kasai-Central province.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for multiple business units and a team of 30+ employees.
Responsibilities
Manage all Monaluxe operations in the Kananga region
Lead teams across fuel retail, storage, and hospitality units
Develop and execute regional business strategies
Build relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
Ensure profitability and operational excellence
Report to headquarters on regional performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years in senior management roles
Experience in petroleum or retail industry preferred
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Fluency in French and local languages
Willingness to relocate to Kananga
